Junibear Return & Exchange Policy:

 

At Junibear, we want our customers to love their clothes as much as we love creating them! That’s why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

 

Here’s what you need to know:

 

Not Quite Right? No Problem!

 

If your little adventurer isn’t 100% thrilled with their Junibear outfit, you can return it within 7 business days of delivery. Here’s what to keep in mind:

 

The item must be unworn and have all tags attached, with the original invoice included.

 

Personalized items cannot be returned.

 

Damaged Goods? We’ve Got You Covered!

 

If you receive a damaged item, don’t worry! We’ll gladly accept a return as long as it has its tags on. Just contact our friendly customer service team, and they’ll guide you through the return process.

 

Exchanging for a Different Size or Color? We Can Do That!

 

Need a different size or color to make your cub’s outfit a perfect fit? We offer exchanges within 7 days of Delivery! Here are the details:

 

The item must be unworn and have all tags attached, with the original invoice included.

 

Exchanges are only for size or color changes.

 

If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.

 

Personalized items cannot be exchanged. There’s a small processing fee of Rs 100 for exchanges.

 

How to Return or Exchange:

 

Simply contact our customer service team by email or phone to initiate a return or exchange request.

 

We’ll schedule a pick-up for the item within 5-7 business days.

 

Once we receive the item and it passes a quality check, we’ll issue you a credit note valid for 3 months.

 

What You’ll Get Back:

 

For returns, we’ll issue a credit note for the returned item’s value, which you can use towards your next Junibear adventure!

 

Cash refunds are not available.

 

The credit note will be valid for 3 months after it’s issued.

 

What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged?

 

Items that are damaged due to misuse or overuse.

 

Items returned without original packaging, including tags, labels, freebies, and accessories.

 

Items with tampered serial numbers.

 

Defective products not covered under warranty.

 

Used or altered products.

 

Requests made after 7 business days of delivery.

 

Free products or personalized items.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

If you receive a damaged, defective item, or the wrong product, follow these steps:

 

Log in to your account and go to “My Account.”

 

Request a refund.

 

We’ll pick up the item within 2-4 business days.

 

Once we receive the item in its original packaging with all labels and barcodes intact, we’ll initiate a refund.

 

We Can’t Offer Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items.
